The welfare of children within Rugby League is paramount. Wales Rugby League in conjunction with the RFL are committed to ensuring the correct policies are adhered to within the game. The RFL are currently reviewing our Safeguarding and Protecting Children Policy which was originally developed in 2003.

The Rugby League community is embracing the need to ensure good practice across all levels and now places a huge significance on the support mechanism put in place for the game.
